"Matt’s place is exactly as it’s listed. We loved the pink🩷. The walk to the beach was not even 5 minutes. There were also 2 chairs we could use and beach toys for our toddler to play with. The kitchen was equipped with everything from pans to plates and silverware. The beds were super comfy. Overall great experience and would stay at Matt’s place again!"

"Me and my wife and our 4 small children had a great stay here! We had 3 kids share one room and every kid had a bed. Our smallest was in the other room with us in a pack-n-play, but there was even a pullout bed in the kids room that the baby could have slept on if he was older. My wife and I ended up using the pullout mattress in the living room to be able to hear all the kids in case they woke up and needed us. Additionally, it had super easy access to the beach and pool area. It’s also located in a great place and I ran every morning around the neighborhood. Felt very safe early morning. Security is always there at the gate 24/7. Great place overall. We had a great time with the kids."

"Fort Morgan is our family’s favorite vacation spot. We loved this condo with the cute decorations. All the amenities you would need and closely located to pools, the beach and restaurants. The beds were super comfy and the kids loved the bunk beds. It was easily accessible being the first condo as soon as you enter the building wing."
